As a relatively small club, we are focusing all of our energy on the critical components: excellent terrain & maps, excellent course setting, and a full weekend of orienteering.
There will not be a banquet, but there are two nearby campgrounds, providing plenty of opportunity to meet up.
There is no model event for the Middle but there is a warm-up map adjacent to the competition area. The SI Training event on Saturday afternoon will introduce you to (a different part of) the map for Sunday’s Long event, and there is also a warm-up map for the Long. In each case, you can get used to each mapper’s style and get ready for the championship event.
